Forms vs Web Forms

Here are the some of the major differences between Forms and Web Forms:

  • Completed Web Forms can be turned into Requisitions. Completed Forms cannot be turned into Requisitions.
  • Forms are connected to and can be used to alter backend data. Web Forms are not connected to or able to alter backend data.
  • Forms have categories that are associated to objects. Web Forms do not.
  • Separate search results are returned for Forms and Web Forms.
  • Questionnaires can be attached to Web Forms (in most cases Web Forms require a Questionnaire). Forms cannot use Coupa Questionnaires.
