Forms vs Web Forms
Here are the some of the major differences between Forms and Web Forms:
- Completed Web Forms can be turned into Requisitions. Completed Forms cannot be turned into Requisitions.
- Forms are connected to and can be used to alter backend data. Web Forms are not connected to or able to alter backend data.
- Forms have categories that are associated to objects. Web Forms do not.
- Separate search results are returned for Forms and Web Forms.
- Questionnaires can be attached to Web Forms (in most cases Web Forms require a Questionnaire). Forms cannot use Coupa Questionnaires.
