OBJECTIVE or GOAL

To update the config files for the LMS Connectors service so that it will use an updated password.

ENVIRONMENT

• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 Connectors 1.1

PROCEDURE

1. Run the following batch file in a command prompt with Admin rights:
   • Drive:\WatersLMSServer\ConnectorsServerConfig\bin\windows\start_ConnectorsServerConfig.bat
2. The program will copy the relevant configuration parameters, including the password for the elnprod account, from the configuration files for the LMS Server and paste the  parameters into the files for the Connectors service
3. Restart the service "NuGenesis LMS Connectors Service"
